Appointments & Cancellations
Because of the popularity of our unique services we require that
you secure a reservation by phone, or in person, using your Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card. Please notify The
Body Serene twenty four hours in advance of your scheduled
appointment when changing or canceling. Without the twenty four
hour notice, full price of the scheduled treatment will be charged. Individual
service and package prices subject to change.
- When making your appointment, please inform the receptionist
of any significant health issues, allergies, or if you are pregnant.
We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion.
For Your Comfort
Please arrive at The Body Serene fifteen minutes prior to
your scheduled appointment. The Body Serene can not
extend time for late arrivals and must still apply the full
charge of the scheduled treatment.
-In consideration of other guests, please turn off your cell phone.
-Please refrain from bringing children under the age of thirteen
unless otherwise arranged with management.
Gratuity Policy
If you were pleased with the services provided it is customary
to extend a 15-20% gratuity to your service
provider. Gratuity is accepted in cash only.
Return Policy
There are no refunds on gift cards, services, or retail products.
A spa credit will be given.
